Home Health Check

Seasonal Readiness

Weatherstripping, exterior caulking, deck and porch checks, seasonal tidy.

This bucket changes with the calendar. What matters in October isn't what matters in April, so see the full breakdown on our Seasonal Checklist.

What we check

Weatherstripping ready for the season ahead
Exterior caulking checked and resealed where needed
Deck, porch, and railing check for the season
Exterior tidy and debris cleared from walkways and window wells
Seasonal exterior lighting and pathway safety

Every Home Health Check gets a seasonal pass through this bucket. Caulking, weatherstripping, and exterior tidy items are fixed on the spot at Pro and Elite.
