Home Health Check

Spring

Winter wear checks, exterior caulking, and getting outdoor spaces ready.

Spring is when winter's wear finally shows itself. This is the season to look closely at exterior caulking, siding, decks, and the finishes that took a beating.

What we check

Check exterior caulking for winter cracking and reseal
Inspect siding and exterior trim for winter wear
Check decks, porches, and railings after the thaw
Touch up exterior paint and finishes
Inspect window screens and coverings for the season
Tidy the exterior and clear debris from walkways and window wells

Included in every Home Health Check visit that falls in spring.

What we handle
