Home Health Check

Winter

Draft checks, interior wear, and indoor safety.

Winter is when small gaps around doors and windows become drafts you feel. It's also the season to catch interior wear while you're spending more time indoors.

What we check

Check for drafts around windows and doors
Recaulk and reseal interior wet areas
Confirm smoke and CO detectors are working
Adjust sticking interior doors and hardware
Touch up interior walls, trim, and paint

Included in every Home Health Check visit that falls in winter.

What we handle

Minor items here are handled by our own team, on the spot at Pro and Elite.
